Ornithagalum, is the star
I arrived at the shop to buy some flower with a plan. When I got inside, things changed. I saw Ornithagalum from the corner of my eye and completely changed my mind. I came out with a bunch of white flowers.I had no idea what I was going to end up designing however this is the result. I love a little bit of an organic look, almost structured, but not quite. The background foliage is called "Beargrass". The tallest flower is "Ornithagalum thyrsoides" is from South Africa, it's commonly called "Chinkerinchee", "Star-or-Bethlehem" or "Wonder-flower". The second flower is a common white "Tulip" and the large bloom around the base of the vase is a "Chrysanthemum", this variety is know as "Spider Mum".

Chrysanthemums or "Mums"...
|
Ring bearer cushions or a flower B-day cake! |
This tropical table wreath is a combination of "Daisy-like-Chrysanthemums" and "Cushion Mums". Who said Mum's couldn't be lovely.
I'd like to introduce "Jackie" she the head of the quality control department at Flora. She's very professional, always wears her tux to work and makes sure every flower smells great.
